1. Begin your Ayurvedic journey with a personalized consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor. This consultation is an assessment of your dosha (cause of the health issues) as it analyzes your overall health.
2. Experience a series of traditional Ayurvedic treatments such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga & Panchkarma, customized to your specific needs & concerns.
3. Relax & detox close to nature at the finest of Kerala’s ayurvedic resorts & spas.
A seamless transfer by your TRAVELOSEI chauffeur will take you to the comfort of your luxurious Ayurveda Resort. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind & explore the surroundings.
Your wellness retreat’s first day begins with a consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner. The practitioner will map out your doshas & learn about your concerns & goals. Your concerns can be anything along the lines of stress-management, weight-management, pain-management, sleep improvement, etc. The consultation will end with the practitioner arriving at a treatment plan uniquely designed for you. This plan, consisting of various Ayurvedic diets, practices & healing therapies will then continue over the course of your stay.
Your main Ayurvedic journey now begins. Depending on your treatment course plan, everyday will consist of several therapies & treatments, combined with a Satvik diet and a few sessions of meditation & Yoga. Detox as you relax in Kerala’s lush landscapes & scenery. As time permits, you may also explore the town’s glorious landmarks. Your Ayurvedic Physician will do a regular check-in to make sure you are satisfied with your ongoing treatments.
