Begin your expedition with an exhilarating ride on the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the world’s highest cable cars. Arrive at Apharwat Peak, situated at an elevation of 4,390 meters. Afterwards, descend to the serene Alpathar Lake. A short ride from there can take you to the Maharaja Bazaar for shopping. Take a scenic drive to Naranaag {covering 95 kms in 2.5-3 hrs}. Here, trek about 9 kms to the Gangabal Lake and witness the beautiful Harmukh Waterfalls nearby. If time allows, make a visit to the Naranaag Temple, which dates back to the 8th century.
