The Char Dham Yatra is a renowned Hindu pilgrimage circuit that takes you to four major Hindu shrines – Puri, Rameswaram, Dwarka, and Badrinath. Badrinath is tucked away in the stunning Himalayan mountains and the scenery alone is worth the trip. Each of these four destinations has its own special significance in Hindu mythology. Seeing the unwavering devotion of the pilgrims and experiencing the spiritual energy of these sacred sites is truly humbling.
1. In the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand, Badrinath is a spiritual haven situated at an altitude of 3100 meters. Visit the sacred Badrinath temple, one of the holiest in Hinduism, dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
2. At Dwarka, visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna, and witness its five-storied structure adorned with intricate carvings. Legend has it that the original city of Dwarka lies submerged beneath the Arabian Sea.
3. Tour Puri’s Jagannath Temple where the annual Jagannath Puri Rath Yatra takes place. During this grand event, deities are taken on chariots, attracting millions of devotees to the spectacular celebration.

Rise early for an early morning darshan (visit) to the resplendent Badrinath temple. Before that, visit Tapt Kund, a natural hot spring where pilgrims take a dip before visiting the temple considering it purifies the body & soul. Take in the breathtaking views of the Neelkanth Peak, often referred to as the ‘Garhwal Queen.’ The peak, standing tall at 6,596 meters, is believed to be the sacred abode of Lord Shiva.
Early morning, we depart for Dehradun airport for our flight back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, TRAVELOSEI chauffeur will escort you to your hotel for a relaxing overnight.

Puri
Home to the magnificent 12th-century Hindu temple devoted to Lord Jagannath, Puri is a coastal town in the state of Odisha.
